Ruby red and bright with reddish reflections.
The nose has a great freshness and complexity with fragrances of fresh red fruits such as currants, raspberries and blueberries. With aeration appear floral notes of roses and spices.
On the palate it is a beautifully structured wine with elegant tannins and a good level of persistence on the palate.
Selection of the grapes in the vineyard and on the sorting table at the reception of the harvest. 100% destemmed grapes and lightly crushed in stainless steel tanks, 4 days of cold pre-maceration to start fermentation slowly at low temperatures. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in new barrels for 12 months and at least 12 months in the bottle before release.
