This wine is a Monastrell monovarietal. The thermal contrast in the area, especially between the summer and winter seasons, is excellent for the ripening of the grapes in the vineyard.
Rainfall is scarce, although abundant and concentrated rains can occur from time to time, and the brightness of the sun is a constant factor during most of the year.
